This is our daughter teaching her wild mustang trust. In the fall, she bought herself this mustang to bring up herself as a replacement for her first mare, now arthritic and ready for retirement. This four-year 4H member didn't have the cash for or interest in purchasing a ready-to-show horse. She wanted a horse to work from start to finish, a true 4H project completed by the youth, not an adult. She sure got it in this filly which also fit her budget! After countless hours of work in the round pen, arena, at 4H horse project meetings and learning from local horse professionals, our daughter took this filly to her first show before the 4H year was up. She looks forward to riding Rocket in 4H next year, and hopes to qualify for the California State 4H Classic on her filly, just as she has in past years on her old tried and true mare.
